What is Specialty Coffee?
Strictly speaking it is a coffee that has been tasted and graded 80 or higher out of 100 by a certified SCA coffee taster.

Our responsibility in the chain
As Andanté Café we only use SCA certified specialty coffee from an affiliated roastery. Brew it correctly, with intention and knowledge using quality machinery. We are educated on all coffee we sell and can trace them back to the farmer ensuring fair trade and consistent supply.
